Working Principle of Magnetic Grinding Machine
I. Working Principle of Magnetic Grinder 
Magnetic Field Generation: After starting the magnetic grinder, the magnetic device will generate a strong magnetic field. This magnetic field can be adjusted through the control system to adapt to different workpieces and grinding requirements.
Grinding media movement: Under the action of the strong magnetic field, the grinding media (such as stainless steel needles) will be magnetically attracted and move up quickly. These media form complex rotating and tumbling motions in the magnetic field, thus generating relative motion with the surface of the workpiece.
Friction grinding: The workpiece is fixed in a grinding tank or on a workpiece clamping device, and the grinding media are in constant contact with the surface of the workpiece at high speeds. Due to their small size and high frequency of movement, the grinding media are able to enter into small crevices and complexly shaped areas of the workpiece surface and carry out all-round friction and grinding.
Deburring and polishing: Through the multi-angle, high-frequency contact and friction of the grinding media, the burrs, oxidized layer and tiny unevenness on the surface of the workpiece are gradually removed, and the surface becomes smooth and flat.
