This equipment combines centrifugal drying and heating drying principle, through the motor drive belt driven rotor Jane 600 rpm speed rotation, to shake off most of the water. Before using this dryer, you need to install the leakage switch, well check whether the parts and electrical components are damaged due to transportation or leakage faults to ensure that the machine running part of the flexible. Choose a ventilated and dry place to put the machine, and level the machine well to fix the foot bolt. After connecting the power supply, try the machine without load for 30 minutes (including starting the heating wire), check the rotating direction of the rotor and the working status of each part, and confirm the normal before use.
When loading and unloading the workpieces, you need to stop the machine to avoid overloading the rotor or being hit violently. After loading and unloading the parts, the cover should be closed before starting the motor to ensure safety. After finishing the work, open the lid to discharge the hot air inside the drum to prolong the life of the machine. Drying time can be flexibly adjusted according to the parts and the actual situation, normal work can be turned off the electric heating wire only centrifugal drying, but not off the motor only heating and drying.
Regularly check the machine and add lubricating oil. If the weight of the workpiece to be dried is large and leads to imbalance, you can start the motor intermittently to make the rotating cylinder to restore the balance and then work again.
